At E-world on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, representatives of the consulates of 27 countries will obtain information about the latest developments in the energy industry and in energy politics and will look for contact to exhibiting companies. After the success last year, the "2nd Consulates Day" will offer the participants an informative programme with lectures, discussions and tours of the fair.

After the welcoming addresses by Michael Geßner, Head of the Department of Energy, Climate Protection and Mining in the North Rhine-Westphalia Ministry of Economic Affairs, and by Rudolf Jelinek, Essen's First Mayor, the guests will be guided around the fair in two tours on the subjects of "Renewable Energies" and "Smart Energy".

The participants in the "2nd Consulates Day" at E-world will be consul-generals, consuls and representatives of the economic sections from the following countries: Angola, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, India, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Rumania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey and others.
